Mike Santiago
President
With over 40 years of aviation experience he began his career as a pilot in the United States Army. After serving in the Army, Michael went on to contribute his “know-how” to the corporate and private aviation community. Michael Santiago served as the Flight Department Manager for a Fortune 500 company and is a graduate of the USC Accident Investigation School.
Nimrod Arad
Co-founder of Spire Technologies
His understanding of the necessity behind security consciousness and awareness, coupled with immediate informative access; set in motion the collective initiative to construct a tailor-made technology for the private aviation industry.

A former field reconnaissance officer in the IDF, Nimrod has attained over a decade of experience in the various spheres of Intelligence, Security Operations, Counterterrorism, Administration and Logistics Management.
​
He is a graduate of the State Security Apparatus and holds a master’s degree in government, specializing in Counterterrorism and Homeland Security Studies from IDC Herzliya.
Mario Marin
Co-founder of Spire Technologies
Former National Security Advisor for the office of the President of Costa Rica and the National Intelligence Director. Mario continued his career as Head of Corporate Security for IBM Costa Rica, in charge of all security movements for Central America and the Caribbean, as well as being part of the Global Intelligence Section for IBM Global.

He holds a degree in Government with a double major in Counterterrorism & Homeland Security, and Middle Eastern Studies from IDC Herzliya, as well as for Executive Education from GCSP Geneva and Harvard University.
